I provide 1-2-1 counselling support with a person centred / humanistic style using a range of techniques which may include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), TA (Transactional Analysis) and Gestalt.
I work with both adults and adolescents with issues such as; anxiety, self-esteem, bereavement, gender identity, self-harm, relationship problems, eating disorders including obesity and many other problems that impact on us all.
It is likely that at some point, for a period of time, we will all benefit from a little support to get back on track.
I work as a humanistic / person-centred counsellor with aspects of other approaches such as CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), TA (transactional analysis) and Gestalt. We are all different so I adapt my approach to best suit you, my client.
I understand that sometimes it's difficult to talk about our worries and fears so I can work creatively which can help you to explore your feelings in a different way.
